The french car maker renault recently revealed the zoe, a compact four-door car that is completely battery powered. While the design of the car is quite streamlined and light, the real appeal is its energy features such as the ability to fully swap its battery in only three minutes. Other unusual details include humidity adjustment, a toxicity sensor, light therapy and a scent diffuser. Performance wise the zoe is quite powerful with an 80-horsepower electric engine, 84 mph top speed and driving range of 99 miles on a single charge. The car is expected to hit the road in 2012.
